Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, August 17, 2024 in the Chapel at Battle & Battle Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, August 16, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the funeral home.

Alicia Nyetta Riggins was born March 3, 1984 in Phenix City, Alabama to Annie Bell Riggins and the late Jimmy Davis.  She departed this life on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

She was educated in the Phenix City School System.  She was baptized at an early age at Liberty Hill Baptist Church. In 2011, she moved to Birmingham, Alabama.

To know her was to love her.  Alicia was a devoted daughter to her mother, Annie Bell, and was a wonderful sister, cousin, aunt and friend.  Alicia loved everybody.  She was truly the life of the party.

Alicia was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Davis; grandparents, Sallie (Robert) Riggins, Clara (Jimmy) Davis; one sister, Debra Davis; three uncles, Robert Riggins, Johnnie Riggins and Eddie Riggins; two aunts, Sallie Bell Riggins and Alice Mae Dixon; and one cousin Jacolby Riggins.

Alicia leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Annie Bell Riggins; three brothers, Rodney Riggins, Jonathan (Ciera) Riggins and Jaylen Davis; one sister, Jimmi Davis; two sister/cousins, Sawanna Riggins and Laquanda (Curtis) Riggins-Cooper; four nephews, Damion Tharp, Jonathan Riggins, Jr., Adrian Riggins and Benjamin Early; three nieces, Jada Roland, Aaleah Riggins, and Brianna Early; one great niece Eliana Tharp; two aunts, Barbara Riggins-Smith and Vickie Parker-Riggins; one great aunt Annie (Hugh) Dawkins; one great uncle Jimmy Mack; six devoted childhood friends, Jamilah Jakes, Gwenita "Von" Davis, Chase Gary, Kenyetta Moffett-Perry, Kym Carter, and Tekela Whittlesey; one devoted cousin Lizzie Perry; and a host of cousins and loved ones.
