Visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2023 from 3:00 pm until  6:00 pm at the funeral home.

Ms. Betty Lee Lewis graced this life with her presence on February 1, 1949 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Beatrice and Johnnie Taylor.  She departed this life for her eternal reward on Monday, May 15, 2023 in Phenix City, Alabama.

Betty accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of Oswichee Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and was a member of the  Senior Women's Sunday School Class.  She was a graduate of Overbrook High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received her certification in electronics from Ben Franklin School also in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Betty loved bowling, sewing, baking, and dancing to "oldies".  She was the life of the party and enjoyed being with family and friends.

Betty leaves to cherish her memory her children, Chalotte Fogle Maddox (Larry), Richard Fogle, Charles Fogle II, Mary Fogle Richardson (Tuboris), and LaTonia Dennis Mahone (Sean); her grandchildren, Levi, Shawntha, Turkeisha, Risharda, Donte', Juanita, Marcell, Yasmeen, Teea, Alysa, Jaquarius, Annanissa, Larry, Ralph, Stephon, Moesha, Charles III, Tyreek, Avyonia, Seanise, Alma Joy, Alyssa, Charlotte, Soterios, and Noah; twenty-two great grandchildren; her siblings, Gloria Datts, Arnold Walker, Marjorie Cohn, Johnnie Wright, Argwendolyn Washington, Pertinia Richards, Juanita Foster, and Dorothea Foster; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and loved ones.
