Mr. Blasco Brown was born June 15, 1939 in Russell County, Alabama to the late Jimmie and Lorene Golden Brown.  He departed this life for his Eternal Reward on Saturday, October 2, 2021.

Blasco accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church in Pittsview, Alabama.  He later joined St. Paul AME Church after relocating to New Jersey.

Blasco was educated in Cottonton, Alabama and retired as an auto mechanic after his move to New Jersey.  He enjoyed the racetrack, wrestling, dancing, playing cards, and was an all around fun guy.

In addition to Blasco's parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John Lockhart, Sam Brown, and Henry Lee Brown; and three sisters, Mary Lockhart, Clara Brown, and Carrette Brown.

Left to cherish Blasco's memory are his daughter, Vonnell Brown of Neptune, New Jersey; one son, Paul A. Brown of Staten Island, New York; seven grandchildren, Nychell Eskridge, Inasha Foster, Shaquisha Butts, Dinyyah Brown, Dehiyaah Brown, Dshiyaah Brown, and Yusuf Johnson; six great grandchildren, Zyaire, Terriell, Jamire, Matthew, Ray J, and King Yusuf; one sister, Mary Alice Kennedy (Frank) of Fort Mitchell, Alabama; a special friend, Bertha Brown; and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
