Clement James, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, at the age of 70. She was born on September 16, 1954 and lived a life full of love, compassion and strength.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Julia Mayo and her beloved daughter, Camellia Terry.

Clement was deeply devoted to her family and took pride in the bonds she built with those she loved.

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Veda Williams (Jeromiah Williams); her loving brother, Fredrick Mayo (Alice Blackwell); and her beloved sister, Denise Miles. She also leaves behind her devoted companion, Angelo Vines, whose presence brought her joy and comfort.

She leaves a lasting legacy through her five adored grandchildren: Marcus Carr, Marquaze Carr (Deandra Carr), Camellia Terry, Cimyase Terry, and Jahmar Bingham, Jr.; as well as her seven precious great-grandchildren. Clement was also blessed with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Clement's life was a testament to perseverance, faith, and unconditional love. Her warm spirit and caring heart touched all who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt by her family, friends, and community.

She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered.
