Jerome accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age and joined Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Hatchechubbee, Alabama where he served as an usher.  He  was a 1991 graduate of Russell County High School, Seale, Alabama.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his father, Boont was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Annette Adams; paternal grandparents, Willie and Cordelle Williams; and a brother Clifford T. Williams.

Jerome leaves to cherish his memory his wife Teresa Williams, Alexander City, AL; a son Jerome Streeter-Williams, Phenix City, AL; a daughter Shanekqua Williams (Shawdra Wright), Cuthbert, GA; three grandchildren, Josiah Streeter, Columbus, GA, and Kennedy Wright and Kensly Wright of Cuthbert, GA; his mother Florence Williams; one brother Jason Williams; three sisters, Shelly Williams, Glenda (Robinson) Johnson, all of Phenix City, AL and Georgia Adams of Hatchechubbee, AL; three aunts, Ann (Willie Lee) Lung, Linda Goode, and Lou Georgia Thomas; three uncles, Cleve (Louise)  Adams, Tom Adams and Lawrence Adams; two brothers-in-law, Timothy (Vaschala) Streeter and Robert Cox; three sisters-in-law, Amanda Cox, Miranda Cox and Tasha Cox; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and loved ones that will miss him dearly.
