Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the funeral home.

Lizzie M. Williams was born on August 24, 1935, to the late Allen and Alice Jones in Russell County, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her Husband Moses Williams, Son James David Williams, Daughter Jacqueline Williams; four brothers, five sisters, and a stepmother. Lizzie joined the Mt. Olive Church at a young age, where she remained until her death.

Lizzie lived in Russell County all her life and attended Glenville High School. Lizzie departed this life on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.

Nelson (Sherice) Williams, Fayetteville Georgia; John Williams, Pitsview, Alabama; Tavares (Shunta) Williams, Columbus, Georgia; Clara Jones, Jesse Williams Pitsview, Alabama; Mary (Dennis) Baker, Buena Vista Georgia, Lavon Peterson, Phoenix City, Alabama; Angela Carter and Cassandra Douglas, both of Atlanta, Georgia 20 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grand Children, One Brother Isaac Jones, Cleveland, Ohio; One sister Dorothy Jones Hammond, Indiana; Three brother in laws, eight sisters-in-law, three daughters-in-law, One Son in law and a host of other loved ones.
