Mae Frances Watt, affectionately called "Frances" was born June 24, 1953 in Phenix City, AL to the late Arthur Lee Bellamy and Beulah Mae Bellamy of Phenix City, AL. She departed this life on Thursday, March 10, 2022.
After her primary education, she attended college in Atlanta, GA where she met and married the late Jamie Watt.
Frances leaves behind three sons, Rodney Watt of California, Travis Watt and Terrence Watt both of Atlanta, GA; her sister Geraldine Spikes of Ocean Springs, MS; a special friend Josephius Oliver, Jr. "Joe" of Phenix City, AL; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
