Memorial Services for Henry Thomas Gregory, Jr. will be held 2:30 PM EDT Monday, June 22, 2026 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.

Henry Thomas Gregory Jr. was born on October 13, 1970 at Martin Army Hospital on Fort Benning, Georgia to Virginia Hoskins Gregory of Phenix City, Alabama and Henry Thomas Gregory, Sr. of Chase City, Virginia. He passed away on June 10, 2026.

Henry was raised in Phenix City, Alabama and was a proud graduate of Central High School, Class of 1990. Following graduation, he answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Navy in 1990. His service reflected honor, commitment, and dedication.

Henry will be remembered as a beloved son, brother, family member, classmate, shipmate and friend. His life, presence and the memories he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Hoskins Gregory, who passed away in May 2018.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Henry Thomas Gregory Sr.; his brothers, Staff Sergeant (Retired) Demetrius D. Gregory, U.S. Army and Sergeant (Retired) Quinton N. Gregory, U.S. Marine Corps; one aunt; two uncles; and a host of cousins, classmates, shipmates, friends and loved ones.
