Obituary

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM EDT Friday, May 29, 2026 at Uchee Chapel AME Church. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Sandfort Road. Visitation will be Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. QuEster Allen was born to the late Queen Smith and Robert Daniel, Sr. on August 16, 1946 in Russell County, Alabama.

At an early age, Queen confessed Christ and joined Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Seale, Alabama. She joined Mr. James Allen in Holy Matrimony in 2004 and continued her faith along with her husband at Uchee Chapel AME Church in Seale, Alabama.

Throughout the vicinity, Queen was known for her "powerhouse" voice of singing praises to God and captivating the minds and souls of those present.

A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, relative and friend, she departed this life surrounded by love and memories she shared with so many throughout her journey. Her kindness, wisdom and unwavering faith touched countless lives and will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Queen was known for her warm spirit, compassionate heart and dedication to family and the community. She carried herself with grace and strength, always offering encouragement, love and guidance to those around her. Her life was a reflection of faith, perseverance and devotion. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of love, faith and resilience will continue to live on through generations to come.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two dedicated sons, Vorocker A. Daniel, Seale, AL and Boyd M. Daniel (Ivy) of Aberdeen, MD; six grandchildren, Tardariel Arthur (Alisha) Delaware, MD, Tionte Arthur, Jakeithiyan Daniel and Janeisceya Daniel, Jacksonville, FL, Tyrese Cheatham, Tampa, FL, Jayden Cheatham, Columbus, GA and Micah Daniel, Aberdeen, MD; four great-grandchildren, Adriel Arthur, Amaree Arthur, Azahan Vernell, and Jakaliana Edwards; three sisters, Laura McKissic of Phenix City, Alabama, Betty Daniel and Dorothy Daniel of Columbus, Georgia; and scores of devoted nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
