Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Friday, November 22, 2024 at Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Ronnie James Paschal was born August 26,1949 in Columbus, Georgia to the late James Paschal, Jr. and Myrtis Goggins Paschal. He departed this life peacefully on Friday, November 1, 2024 at Four County Health and Rehabilitation in Richland, Georgia.

Ronnie accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church, where he later served as a trustee.

Ronnie was educated in the schools of Muscogee County.  He retired after many years of service from Cessna Air-craft. He loved his family and was an avid football fan, especially the University of Georgia Bulldogs "Go Dawgs!"

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Deborah Ann Paschal.

Left to cherish his memory are two loving children: his daughter, De'Anna Nichole Paschal and son, Nokomis Maurice Paschal (Penny), both of Columbus, Georgia; four grandchildren, Javon Tyree' Paschal, Cedric Tre'von Phillips (Ma'Layashia), Nokomis Yme Paschal and Lanisa Balkcom; two great grandchildren, Jacari Amir Wilkerson and Caydence Brown; a sister Elizabeth Washington Ross and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
