Visitation will be held Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the funeral home.

Theodis is a retired construction worker and graduate of Chavala High School in Seale, Alabama. He peacefully left this world on February 25, 2024 at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.

Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lillie Richardson and sister, Beverly Richardson.  Theodis is survived by his daughter, Taniah (Ali) Abodunrin of Columbus, Georgia, and his devoted sister, Burnett (David) Jones of Phenix City, Alabama. He leaves a lasting memory in the hearts of his four brothers: Melvin (Sharon) Richardson of Upatoi, Georgia, Author (Gloria) Richardson, Fredrick Richardson, and Winford Richardson of Columbus, Georgia. Theodis is also remembered by his two grandsons, Dequindre Dix and Reginald Carnes of Phenix City, Alabama, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and cherished friends.

The immediate family will hold a Private Scattering of Cremains Ceremony at a later date.
