Funeral Service will be held 12 noon EDT Thursday, May 28, 2026 in the Chapel of Battle and Battle Funeral Home. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Theresa Stickney graced this life with her presence on May 2, 1949 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Eddie Hall and Emma Lou Williams. She departed this life for her eternal reward on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Theresa loved crossword puzzles and cooking. She was the childcare provider for family and loved ones.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-seven years Mr. William Stickney.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, William Stickney, Jr. of Phenix City, AL, Juanita McCrory (Gregory) of Columbus, GA, Leonard Stickney of Phenix City, AL, Dexter Stickney (April) of Phenix City, AL, Andrew Stickney (Courtney) of Phenix City, AL and Angela Neal (Fredrick) of Fort Mitchell, AL; grandchildren, Lefesa Bradford, Reginald Stickney, Andrew Stickney, Darron Fogle, Jr., Cam'ron Taylors, and Emma Maloy; great-grandchildren, Da'Montae, Kayden, Seyvion, Abella, Bentley and Madison; one sister Rose Mary Williams; one brother Eddie James Betties; and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
